Salesforce Expert (m/f/d) – B2B Commerce / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud Engagement

Your Tasks

• Designing and developing Salesforce solutions tailored to B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, following platform best practices.
• Leading solution architecture, including data modeling, integrations, automation, and security design.
• Developing custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Ensuring seamless system integration by applying Salesforce-native and API-based integration patterns.
• Collaborating across departments to define business requirements, translate them into technical concepts, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Performing testing, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based applications.

Your Profile

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet one or more of the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development or consulting, ideally in B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Familiarity with integration methods, API usage, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, B2B Commerce Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• German proficiency at B1 level or higher is expected.
• Hybrid setup: 2 days on-site, 3 days home office
