As Head of Logistics Europe (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for building, managing, and optimizing our European logistics network across the entire IronMaxx supply chain. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our European material flows – from production to the end customer – with a clear focus on efficiency, delivery reliability, and cost optimization.

Strategic

  • Expansion and internationalization of the European forwarding and warehouse network
  • Development of network strategies for FMCG supply, 3PL management, and international expansion
  • Ensuring compliance in customs, export, dangerous goods, and shipping documentation
  • Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations

Operational

  • Management of goods flows (B2B, B2C, retail) from production to the end customer
  • Selection, management, and performance monitoring of international logistics service providers
  • Monitoring delivery reliability and escalation management in case of deviations
  • Coordination of retail business with a focus on volume management and distribution optimization

Controlling & Performance

  • Development and analysis of KPI dashboards (costs, delivery reliability, returns, lead times)
  • Responsibility for budget, efficiency programs, and process improvements

Leadership

  • Leading, developing, and motivating the logistics team
  • Close collaboration with international partners
  • Representing the logistics department in strategic projects
