The role holder demonstrates competence in repairs, replacements, and recalibrations on “Standard jobs” without supervision
Consistently delivers all operational responsibilities to contribute to team goals
May be allocated “Complex” jobs if accompanied by Expert, Lead, Supervisor or Team Leader
May learn and perform flat glass cutting as needed
Carries out core customer service activities, communicating effectively by understanding and responding to customer needs to deliver great service
Finds appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS)
Understands company policies and procedures and complies with them
Understands and works towards branch and personal KPIs
May mentor and support other team members
