🌟 Your Role
As a (Senior) Manager in our FAAS team, you will support leading national and international clients with:
- CFO‑level projects and accounting transformations
- Carve‑outs, IPO readiness, and M&A‑related financial reporting
- Complex IFRS / HGB / US‑GAAP accounting questions
- Financial process optimisation, controlling and consolidation topics
- Managing stakeholder expectations and leading project teams in a consulting environment
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and wants to grow into leadership.
️ Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with approx. 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally coming from:
🔹 Big 4 or Tier‑2 Advisory
FAAS, Accounting Advisory, Transaction Accounting, Deal Advisory, CMAAS.
🔹 Industry roles
Group Accounting, Financial Controlling, Finance Transformation, or M&A accounting in DAX / MDAX companies.
Technical Strengths
- Strong IFRS / HGB knowledge (US‑GAAP a plus)
- Experience in transaction accounting or financial reporting advisory
- Progress towards, or interest in, CFA / ACCA / WP
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1+)
- Consulting mindset and ability to manage clients effectively
