Darüber hinaus bringen Sie bereits einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der metallurgischen oder chemischen Industrie mit. Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in operativen Fertigungsmethoden (Lean Manufacturing. Außerdem sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen.Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch ein hohes Maß an Ergebnisorientierung und handeln initiativ sowie mit unternehmerischem Weitblick. Mit Ausdauer und Engagement treiben Sie Aufgaben auch in herausfordernden Situationen voran. Dabei bringen Sie neue Ideen aktiv ein und fördern Innovationen.
