Senior Business Analyst - Process Optimization (m/f/d)

As part of our Digitalisation & Process Innovation department, you will be responsible for Process Intelligence & Innovationb>. The focus is on improving processes and enabling smarter decisions through data. You will collaborate with automation, AI, and data science teams to identify opportunities, shape the application and data landscape, and deliver impactful projects that enhance efficiency and transparency. In this role, you will help drive the company’s digital transformation by improving the company’s processes end‑to‑end while building valuable skills in process innovation and emerging technologies, with clear opportunities to grow your expertise and career internationally.

Your Mission

  • Monitor KPIs to identify and derive targeted improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to define actionable solutions.
  • Analyze cross‑functional processes to harmonize workflows and enable end‑to‑end transparency.
  • Coordinate with AI and automation teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
  • Lead innovation projects from initiation to implementation with measurable impact.
  • Document findings and support knowledge sharing across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in process assessment, process controlling, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business‑level communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in departments such as PMO and Corporate Development.
  • Experience with process intelligence tools and automation platforms (i.e. Jira, Redmine, Asana, Miro, Collaboard, etc.).
  • Exposure to designing application landscapes and system integrations.
  • Ability to mentor or support key‑user communities and knowledge sharing.
