Junior Software Developer (focus on TS)

Our client is a leading German digital platform focused on enabling users to compare and book cruise vacations with ease. Based in Düsseldorf, the team is building a modern, scalable portal that helps customers find the best cruise offers across a wide range of providers. As a (Junior) Software Developer, you’ll contribute to the search and booking experience, developing high-performance features and working on systems that support seamless filtering, comparison, and user interaction for cruise travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing a modern fullstack application using TypeScript and React, focusing on functionality rather than pixel-perfect design.
2. Implementing an API gateway for seamless integration of other systems.
3. Continuously improving usability and contributing to the development of new applications.
4. Supporting quality assurance throughout the development and release process.
5. Advising and assisting in the creation of new concepts and features.

Requirements:

1. Solid experience in TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS frameworks, particularly React, with a strong personal standard for high code quality and clean implementations.
2. Passion for modern, high-performance web applications and a willingness to grow further in this field.
3. Fluent German language skills (business level).
