Your Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support global product launches.
• Having a high-level understanding of integrated marketing, including technology trends, applications, and market conditions.
• Identifying emerging technologies and applications, assessing their impact on customer needs and business strategies, supported by comprehensive research skills.
• Contributing to innovative messaging strategies for events such as technical forums, trade shows, partner events, webinars, and seminars.
• Creating technical marketing content including collateral, press releases, presentations, videos, and articles.
• Assisting in the development of marketing copy for websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Applying strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with research capabilities, to ensure sound strategic communication.
• Advising on sales requirements to meet customer needs.
• Building strong collaborative relationships across the company globally at all levels.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS in communications or a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the semiconductor-test industry.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductors and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
