Responsibilities

• Support in the acquisition and analysis of real estate investment opportunities across different asset classes
• Conduct financial modelling, market research and feasibility studies
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support in due diligence processes for transactions
• Collaborate closely with senior team members in investment and asset management activities

Qualifications

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• First professional experience or internships in the Real Estate, Finance, Investment or Consulting industry
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation methods
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is a must
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
