The modern facility has the specialties of Internal Medicine with Cardiology and Gastroenterology, Surgery, Orthopedics / Trauma Surgery / Sports Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, Anaesthesiology, Neurology with Stroke Unit, and Acute Geriatrics. The Asklepios Gesundheitszentrum Bad Tölz, connected to the city clinic, is a neurological rehabilitation facility in phases C and D with 49 planned beds. With a total of around 800 employees, we annually care for over 12,000 patients in inpatient care. The clinic is also connected to a private clinic and the Health Professions Education Center Bad Tölz. The city clinic is an academic teaching hospital of Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and Technical University Munich.

We are looking for you at the earliest possible time as the Referent (w/m/d) for our Nursing Direction in full- or part-time.

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

• Mitwirkung an der strategischen Organisations- und Personalentwicklung
• Eigenständige Übernahme von Projektmanagement-Aufgaben
• Übergeordnete Koordination und bedarfsgerechte Steuerung von Personalressourcen
• Planung und Koordinierung von Investitionen im Pflege- und Funktionsbereich
• Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
• Monitoring von Dokumentationsstandards und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
• Aktive Mitgestaltung und Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Optimierungsprozessen

IHR PROFIL

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Altenpfleger:in
• Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium im Gesundheitswesen wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
• Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
• Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen im Pflege- und Funktionsdienst
