Interim Chief Financial Officer

Finatal is looking for an experienced interim CFO to lead an operational transformation for one of their portfolio companies. Having recently completed a corporate carve-out, they are now looking to integrate several entities from scratch and build up a group function that is robust and can produce PE-standard reporting and financial analysis. You will work in a very lean team to drive the integration topics as well as the mentoring of other team members, whilst managing liquidity and cash. You will have a track record in similar projects for Mittelstand businesses, along with a track record in services-based businesses.

Ideally you’ll have a track record in :

• CFO roles in services companies
• Setting up finance functions from scratch
• Working in a leveraged environment alongside investors
