We are looking for a Property & Prizing Director to lead our prizing strategy and drive the acquisition and transformation of extraordinary dream homes and prizes that inspire and engage our audience.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and procure premium houses aligned to our brand and customer expectations, considering location, style, and multiple “wow” factors (setting up buyers advocate relationships as needed).
• Collaborate with designers to develop themes and concepts for each property, aligning with target audiences and marketing goals.
• Work with growth and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop strategies for procuring and effectively showcasing properties in photos, videos, and other marketing materials.
• Provide art direction on video and photo shoots to ensure properties are presented in the best possible light.
• Create engaging content and storytelling elements that highlight the unique features and lifestyle opportunities offered by each property.
• Oversee styling and furnishing to create visually stunning and cohesive spaces in a timely manner.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to acquire high-quality furnishings, decor, and amenities.
• Manage budgets and timelines for each project, optimising resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Legal and Compliance: Work with the legal team to manage conveyancing matters for Omaze properties.
• Ensure house managers and security are in place for each property prior to Omaze taking ownership.
• Continuously evaluate and evolve prizing operations, styling, and marketing strategy based on feedback, industry trends, and market insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry professionals; develop an internal team as needed.
• Contract Management: Work with the legal team to ensure supplier contracts are properly documented and executed to agreed timelines.
• Public Relations: Collaborate with the PR team to develop press releases and house-related communications.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing or project management.
• Proven experience in real estate, interior styling, or related fields, ideally with a strong portfolio.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-growth environment is a big plus.
• Ability to build a strong pipeline of desirable properties that reflect the German market’s aspirations.
• Excellent eye for design and aesthetics, with an understanding of lifestyle trends and preferences.
• Knowledge of procurement and renovation processes in the German market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling visual content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively toward tight timelines; resourceful, resilient, hands-on, and adaptable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; commitment to high-quality results.
• Must be Hamburg-based and willing to travel domestically for viewings, supplier meetings and shoots as needed.
• Fluent in German and English (bilingual level).
