Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global IT Procurement Lead to drive innovation, efficiency, and value across our IT spend portfolio. This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to turn complex challenges into effective sourcing solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement long-term global sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
2. Benchmark and optimize the IT procurement portfolio to ensure cost-effectiveness and support business performance.
3. Establish strategic vendor relationships and manage performance strategies.
4. Lead negotiations and manage contracts to secure optimal commercial and service outcomes.
5. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to align procurement initiatives with business needs.
6. Advise CIO and senior IT stakeholders globally.
7. Promote the adoption of procurement and IT governance policies and processes.
8. Monitor market trends, pricing models, and emerging technologies to inform future category strategies.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement tools, systems, and processes, and promote best practices.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in indirect procurement within a complex, multinational environment.
2. Strong category knowledge across the full IT landscape.
3. Strategic thinking, analytical skills, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
4. Proficiency in end-to-end procurement processes: Plan-to-Strategy and Source-to-Contract.
5. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at various levels.
6. Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing high-value supplier relationships.
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
