This leadership role is accountable for driving the execution of Visteon’s product strategy within the Displays portfolio for the Europe region and its customers. The incumbent will drive business growth by fostering strong relationships with OEMs and key suppliers, deriving a compelling story to sell Visteon display products, overseeing go-to-market initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions across key product areas within Displays.
RFI / RFQ Pipeline Growth : Development of a robust RFI / RFQ pipeline that supports achievement of annual New Business Win (NBW) targets.
Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Engagements : Number of PoC initiatives launched with new or strategic customers to validate innovation and drive adoption.
Market Share & Profitability : Measurable growth in product market share and contribution to overall portfolio profitability.
