CFO

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a global automotive manufacturing business. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for full P&L ownership and financial oversight across multiple production sites. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in automotive manufacturing, international operations, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial functions including controlling, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management.
• Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, ensuring profitable growth and financial sustainability.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic planning, operational performance, and business transformation.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and market dynamics.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital optimization.
• Oversee internal controls, compliance, and audit processes across international subsidiaries.
• Support strategic initiatives including investment projects, M&A opportunities, and restructuring programs.
• Lead and develop the finance organization across multiple international manufacturing locations.
• Drive efficiency and margin improvements through operational and financial KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility across complex and international business structures.
• Strong understanding of industrial cost structures, production finance, and supply chain economics.
• Track record in transformation, performance improvement, and ERP/system implementation (SAP experience is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong asset.

Education:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CPA, or similar qualification preferred.
