Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript) (m/f/d) Full time in Offenburg/ Remote

You will expand our two-person full stack team as an experienced software developer, work together on current, comprehensive topics and act as a mentor.
- You take responsibility for the development and optimization of modern web applications.
- You design scalable, high-performance system architectures and develop robust APIs and integrations with internal and external tools.
- You support the expansion and optimization of our cloud infrastructure (AWS) and automate deployments and monitoring.
- You carry out pair programming, take over code reviews and implement best practices in quality, testing, and scalability.
- You are involved in planning and prioritizing the product development process.
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack capabilities in TypeScript and Angular
- Extensive experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, including database design and optimization
- Profound experience with cloud environments (AWS), Docker, and CI/CD (e.g. GitLab pipelines)
- Distinctive reliability mindset and experience in system monitoring (e.g. New Relic)
- Solid understanding of software design principles and software architecture patterns
- Expertise in pub/sub systems and message queues (RabbitMQ, SQS)
- Strong product understanding and ability to balance technical quality with business results
- Experience in mentoring/developing colleagues and promoting a learning and inclusion culture
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English
- Proven ability to work effectively independently, solution-oriented and with multiple priorities — while working in a team
- Plus points: Experience with Terraform or AI-driven features
