Join us at IBA as a New Product Introduction Engineer (f/m/d) - Medical Devices in Nuremberg-Schwarzenbruck. Your responsibilities

• Research available products and present cost-effective options from vendors.
• Facilitate procurement of parts, components, and products by reviewing specifications with R&D.
• Ensure the high quality of purchases continuously.
• Plan and coordinate relocations.
• Drive technical and commercial product optimization.
• Define suppliers in collaboration with strategic purchasing and R&D.
• Create and maintain production documentation for new and existing products.
• Maintain the purchasing and product database.

Requirements

• Graduate technician/engineer or similar qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or production engineering.
• Experience in electronic/mechanical design and development.
• Strong performance orientation and team spirit.
• Good negotiation skills.
• EU residence permit is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent in German and English.
