Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of 2,200 employees across two sites
• Establish a high-performing management team on-site
• Empower and strengthen the middle management level to ensure effective leadership
• Build a cohesive and unified team to enhance collaboration and productivity
• Financial Responsibility: Develop comprehensive business plans, manage budgeting processes and ensure cost control to achieve financial targets
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the plant including production processes, quality control, inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
• Strategic Development: Drive the strategic growth and advancement of the site, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Your Profile:

• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and complex operations (ideally automotive background / injection molding technology)
• Strong background in operational management, financial planning, and strategic development
• Excellent communication and team-building skills, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
• Hands-on approach and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Language skills: English as a must, additionally Tunisian Arabic, French, German preferable
