Website Experience Manager

You’ll take full ownership of our website as the central touchpoint in the digital customer journey, designing seamless experiences, improving usability, building conversion‑optimised pages, and continuously evolving the site architecture in close alignment with marketing and product goals.

Your Mission

• Lead the user‑experience strategy for Placetel and related digital properties.
• Plan and evolve site structure, navigation, and information architecture.
• Build and optimise pages directly in the CMS.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop new landing pages, product pages, and campaign‑specific assets.
• Analyse performance data to improve conversion rates, SEO visibility, and user retention.
• Own and refine our UX/UI patterns, working closely with design and brand teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to site performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure a consistent and high‑quality brand experience across the entire web funnel.

Qualifikation

• 3+ years of experience in website management, UX design, or digital experience roles.
• Solid understanding of user‑centred design, information architecture, and A/B testing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CMS systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Analytical mindset: love to test, iterate, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborative spirit: excellent at working with designers, developers, and marketers.
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English‑speaking team environments.
