Senior Marketing Manager

As Senior Marketing Manager at BIS, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective offline & online marketing strategies to promote the school, enhance visibility & reputation and attract prospective students. The position will involve managing internal communications, community relations, and school events to foster trust, belonging, and engagement across both campuses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement offline & online marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute online marketing measures to generate leads (social media, platform collaborations, SEO, SEA).
  • Identify key source markets, align them with personas, and adapt campaigns.
  • Analyse data, monitor campaign effectiveness, and deliver KPI reports.
  • Create, organise and manage internal and external events (e.g., BIS Grill & Chill, BIS International Festival).
  • Maintain and update the external website and internal parent & staff zone.
  • Ensure alignment of content and communication across all school sections.
  • Support story identification and co‑create content for social media, website, blogs, magazine.
  • Act as main liaison between Parent Community Council (PCC) and the school.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, online marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or comparable education.
  • At least five years of professional experience in marketing & communications.
  • Digital native with expertise and passion in online marketing, digital campaigns, and social media.
  • People‑oriented, positive mindset, good with people, builds bridges through communication and empathy.
  • Excellent storyteller, able to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience in collecting data, web analytics, and creating KPI reports.
  • Strong project management skills, reliable in keeping deadlines.
  • Proficient use of software, online tools and AI (statistics, reporting, measuring).
  • Pro‑active, well‑organised team player with hands‑on mentality who thrives in an international, dynamic, innovative environment.
  • Fluent English (verbal & written); knowledge of German is a plus.
