Senior Specialist Prozessmanager Marketplace (m / f / d)

Your Tasks

• Development, documentation, and rollout of standardized processes across all countries for consistency in operational workflows
• Analysis and further development of critical workflows (. seller onboarding) with emphasis on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and user experience
• Creation of complete end-to-end process documentation, including guidelines and interface definitions for all stakeholders
• Evaluation and implementation of digital tools for scalable processes and automation
• Definition and establishment of central standards, KPIs, and methods for continuous improvement
• Collaboration with local teams, departments, and stakeholders for identification of opportunities in process improvement and efficiency increase

Your Profile

• Fluency in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Completed degree in Business, Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable relevant qualification
• Professional experience in process management, operational excellence, or a similar role, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
• Strong assertiveness and execution skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and decentralized teams
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN or similar methodologies desirable
• Strong analytical and structured mindset, combined with excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
