Responsibilities:

1. Technical and disciplinary management of the Fluid Systems engineering team (10 - 15 FTE)
2. Management of order-related engineering requirements in accordance with agreed customer specifications and international standards using SAP
3. Focusing on supply systems according to API 682 (e.g. Plan53B)
4. Project management to ensure on-time delivery
5. Co-operation with all order-relevant departments (sales, production, purchasing, project management)
6. Support and release of basic/detail engineering (e.g. P&ID, GA-Drawing, etc.) using Solid Edge/Teamcenter
7. Complaint management with the customer
8. Implementation and support of customer acceptance tests
9. Participation in product development
10. Budget monitoring within the framework of project budgets
11. Management of order change requests
12. Global support of the engineering departments for fluid systems

Qualifications:

1. Completed technical studies or comparable training, e.g. mechanical engineering/industrial foreman
2. Expertise in supply systems in general, as well as the basics of pump and sealing technology desirable
3. Expertise in pressure vessel regulations, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, fluid mechanics and hydraulics, thermodynamics and product calculation
4. Detailed knowledge of quality-relevant standards and regulations desirable
5. Methodical knowledge of staff management, project management, key figure systems and application, quality management
6. SAP, calculation programmes such as Lauterbach, CAD database (Teamcenter) and basic 3D CAD systems (Solid Edge)
7. Basic knowledge of Mindmap or MS Projects, database systems
8. Very good written and spoken English, other foreign language skills an advantage
9. Independent, structured way of working and confident demeanour
10. Willingness to travel on business
11. Experience in presentations and training is an advantage
12. Strong communication skills
13. High degree of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
14. Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
