The Role

Join Lucanet to contribute to the transformation of our Revenue Operations! You'll lead our new Revenue Technology & AI Engineering team, building AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual processes and accelerate revenue growth. You'll architect automated workflows using platforms like Clay or other advanced automation and AI tools, while designing seamless integrations across our complete revenue technology stack centered around Salesforce CRM.

This is a ground-up leadership opportunity where you'll build and develop a team of revenue systems architects while implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. Make immediate impact as part of our strategic transformation from fragmented operations to a unified Revenue Architecture & Operations Center of Excellence. Needs to be working remotely form any part of Germany or Hibryd in our Berlin, Munich or Essen office.

What you'll do

• Architect revenue technology solutions and ensure systems integrity across our complete stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot Marketing & Operations Hub, Planhat and others)
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using Clay or other advanced automation platforms to eliminate manual revenue operations work
• Build custom AI agents for data acquisition, analysis, and process automation that accelerate GTM processes
• Ensure data quality, hygiene, and governance across all revenue systems with real-time synchronization capabilities
• Lead strategic technology implementations including new revenue tools and optimize existing stack ROI
• Build and develop your team of revenue systems architects while establishing technical standards and governance
• Partner with IT, Finance, and GTM leadership on revenue technology strategy and implementation governance
  
  
  

What you bring to the table

Must-Have:

• B2B SaaS expertise with understanding of modern revenue operations architecture
• Salesforce CRM expertise - strong working knowledge of lead/opportunity management and experience managing integrations with our core revenue systems
• 1-2 years team leadership experience managing technical teams and complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Expert knowledge of revenue technology ecosystems – CRMs, marketing automation, customer success platforms
• AI/automation platform proficiency - Clay, Zapier, or similar workflow tools plus hands-on experience with LLMs like Claude or OpenAI for building intelligent automation

• Clay platform experience or participation in AI hackathons
• Python proficiency for AI development collaboration
