About the Role

By joining the People Advisory Services line, you will become part of a rapidly growing business area that focuses on compliance related to Short Term Business Travel. You will support multinational companies in efficiently managing this complex area by designing and developing state‑of‑the‑art software solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and manage master data for EY Business Travel Compliance Software across different technical environments, ensuring data quality and standardization.
• Automate and optimize data and information flow processes, including data migration across various technical environments.
• Coordinate processes and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders (Product Owners, testing teams, content teams, backend/frontend/RPA teams).
• Work with clients on software engineering processes such as API solutions, analyze data‑related bugs, and lead Data & Analytics workshops.

Qualifications & Skillset

• University degree and relevant professional experience in computer science, business informatics, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Affinity for software tools such as MS Excel, programming and data management, data visualization, GitHub, Git, Postman, Visual Studio/Code, and MS Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with software engineering principles: unit testing, SOLID, separation of concerns, and modularity.
• Proficiency in German and English at minimum C1 level.
