Overview:
We are looking for a driven Project Engineer (M/F/D) to lead and support capital and process improvement projects within our food & beverage operations in Baden-Württemberg. This role is ideal for engineers with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to align project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, risk assessments, and project reports.
• Support process optimization, automation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or related field).
• Proven experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, PMI).
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
