We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) who will take the overall project lead for our global Traceability Initiative.

What you can expect:

• You will manage & lead the global traceability initiative and be responsible to ensure compliance with rapidly changing legislative environment as well as to build additional value towards our consumers.
• You will implement a new end-to-end traceability & transparency system across all our products.
• You will lead the project team and be the central interface between all internal business areas such as Brand/ Product Development, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Legal and IT as well as to the external software provider.
• You are responsible to implement harmonized processes with a focus on data consistency and efficiency.
• You are responsible to lead engagement activities required to enable end-to-end traceability both internally and within our global supply chain.
• You ensure active stakeholder and change management to ensure sustainable project success.
Your profile:

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a comparable degree.
• You have > 8 years’ experience in leading projects (waterfall & agile) and in the implementation of complex initiatives, preferably also covering software implementation projects.
• You have > 5 years’ working experience and a broad knowledge of business processes within upstream supply chain, operations and sustainability, preferably within the fashion industry.
• You enjoy leading interdisciplinary and international project teams in a high-paced environment.
• You have strong negotiation skills and communicate confidently even with top management stakeholders.
• Your working style is organized, hands-on and result-oriented and characterized by a high degree of initiative.
• You speak & write English fluently.
