Responsibilities
Coordinate and steer all strategic sales projects in close alignment with management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Support the implementation of the sales strategy in international subsidiaries by identifying, developing, and implementing sales measures and concepts.
Systematically standardise and harmonise international sales processes and systems.
Collaborate with the CRM team to continuously develop the CRM system to align with sales strategy and coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in project management, consulting or a related internal role.
Strong communication and methodological skills combined with a hands‑on mentality and flexibility.
Strong project management skills, analytical thinking and structured working style.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
