Chief Financial Officer Radiography Systems

Baker Hughes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our Radiography Systems business unit in Wunstorf Germany. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving financial performance managing complex financial operations and leading high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible business leader and strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team influencing commercial operational and organizational strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives profitability and cash flow targets.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting financial planning and key KPI dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and long‑term success.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations internal controls and lead the annual audit process.
• Identify assess and mitigate financial operational currency and credit‑related risks through effective risk management frameworks.
• Lead mentor and strengthen a high‑performing finance team driving a collaborative results‑oriented culture and attracting top talent.

Qualifications and Experience

Advanced degree in finance accounting or a related field.

• Demonstrated success as a CFO or senior finance leader within a technology‑focused or similarly complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and relevant tax regulations.
• Proven experience managing complex financial operations in a global business environment.
• Proficiency with systems such as Oracle SAP and Hyperion combined with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; fluency in English and German is essential.
