Strategy Consultant - Inhouse (Growth, M&A, Transformation)

Our client, a market leader in the logistics industry with a strong international footprint, is seeking an Inhouse Strategy Consultant / Transformation Manager to play a critical role in shaping strategy and driving business performance. Reporting directly to the C-Level, this is a highly visible and impactful role.

In this role you’ll lead strategic growth and transformation projects across borders—owning M&A execution, post-merger integrations, operational redesign, and stakeholder alignment. You’ll be a sparring partner to senior leadership and take ownership for translating strategy into real business impact.

While the role is based in the BeNeLux, it offers the flexibility of hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic transformation projects across business units
• Build business cases, lead commercial due diligences, and identify synergies
• Translate growth strategies into actionable roadmaps and change management
• Analyse and restructure business processes for maximum impact
• Support due diligence and synergy identification for M&A activity
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness
• Design and implement post-merger integration (PMI) plans
• Act as a thought partner for the C-Level on topics like strategy execution, capability building, and market expansion

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy firm (or in a relevant strategic role)
• Master’s degree or MBA required
• Proven expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, PMI, business transformation and operational restructuring
• Strong conceptual skills and the ability to move from big picture to execution
• High self-drive, ownership mindset, and the ability to get things done
• Willingness to travel and / or commute to BeNeLux HQ on a weekly basis
• High-exposure role working directly with executive leadership
