Head of Group Controlling (m/w/d)

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Controlling in a dynamic, PE backed environment. Working closely with the Group CFO and top management, this opportunity is for an individual who want to significantly contribute to the growth story of Hyand. This role is key to analyzing performance, monitoring costs, and developing strategic reports, with the ability to not only interpret data but also design and implement processes, procedures, and reporting tools that contribute to the overall optimization of financial activities.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Exec team, investor and cross-functional teams.
• M&A and PMI project work.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (HGB).
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent German and English.
