Your tasks

You are part of our internal IT department with a good 25 employees and are responsible for the "Infrastructure" team, consisting of 3 colleagues, which is responsible for the following core topics: network, IT security, site connectivity.

Workplace: Visbek - located between Oldenburg and Osnabrück - or Bremen.

• Responsibility for a trouble-free, smooth and safe infrastructure at our 15 SCHULZ locations and their further development.
• Processing helpdesk tickets regarding the IT infrastructure including problem analysis and resolution (focus: VPN, firewall, W-Lan, Nac, routing).
• Sophisticated implementation of our infrastructure design to increase performance and security.
• Monitoring of security requirements.
• Leadership, management and motivation of employees including team development to promote good cooperation.

What you bring with you

• Vocational training in the field of IT and/or IT-related studies.
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.
• Experience in employee management desirable.
• Practice in the implementation of IT projects, ideally with appropriate project methodologies.
• Business fluent German; preferably good English.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and team spirit.
• An independent way of working, flexibility and resilience in stressful situations.
