Job Overview

Our client operates a mixed agricultural business in North Rhine-Westphalia, focusing on turkey breeding and fattening. The farm also includes 1,700 pigs, a biogas plant, and 340 hectares of arable land. We are seeking a dedicated operational manager (m/w/d) to lead a six-member team in animal husbandry and crop production.

Responsibilities

• Work planning and staff coordination in animal husbandry and crop production
