Site Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You take on-site management of the construction site: ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality implementation of all work from delivery to commissioning.
• You actively support the project manager in planning, setup, execution, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• You coordinate and supervise construction and electrical work, plan resources, and ensure availability of tools and materials.
• You are the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• You lead trades, service providers, installation teams, as well as crane and transport companies, provide clear instructions, and coordinate processes.
• You strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and technical requirements; risk management including documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a technician or master's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, a technical education in mechanical engineering or electrical field, or equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in construction site management, preferably in wind energy or similar large projects.
• You are proficient in MS Office (MS Project advantageous) and fluent in German/English, comparable to B2 level according to CEFR standards.
• You are organized, assertive, solution‑oriented, independent, and a team player.
• 100% Willingness to travel mainly within Germany and possibly to neighboring countries Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Luxembourg is required.
• EU recognised class‑B drivers’ licence.
• You are willing to work every other Saturday.
