The High Voltage Products Business is global technology pioneer accelerating a sustainable energy future. It has a global manufacturing and service footprint on all continents.

The Industrial Engineering (IE) Leader in the global Operations of the High Voltage Business will drive harmonization in our industrial process to enhance health and safety, increase efficiency and ensure highest manufacturing quality. The role will also drive global processes for master data implementation across products manufactured in different locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure factories across the business have established and harmonized IE structures that drive optimized production line layouts, efficient PFMEA’s, and continuous improvements routing.
• Foster sharing of best practices and own the industrial best practice handbook.
• Own the overview of required future manufacturing capabilities and contribute to the industrial strategy of the Business.
• Collaborate closely with R&D for new product implementations.
• Propose and oversee the industrial investments across the BU.
• Support the implementation of industrial digital initiatives (digital factory) and define the roll-out plan and harmonization of the use of industrial digital tools and methodologies.
• Establish and lead the global processes for engineering master data implementation.

Your background

• First and foremost, personal qualities are vital for success. You have strong leadership skills, act decisively and continuously seek knowledge and answers.
• Higher education in engineering/technical.
• Experience in leading operations.
• ERP knowledgeable, SAP preferred.
• Understanding of BOM structures.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a global environment.

Location

Remote, 1 week per month travel required
