What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build and deliver engaging demos to prospective customers that spark excitement.
- Work with prospective customers to find the best technical setup for their internal communications needs and remove technical obstacles to winning deals.
- Run technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform and consult on different integration methods.
- Consult prospects regarding our APIs, our architecture recommendations and implementation approaches.
- Craft RFP response documents which position the Staffbase product in the best possible manner.
- Act as an interface between sales and product, ensuring cutting‑edge industry and product knowledge, and inform product development with learnings from prospects.
What you need to be successful
- University degree in information science, Information Systems, Business Engineering, or equivalent technical work experience.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and the value proposition vs. an on‑prem solution.
- A general understanding of web development and knowledge of common technologies; be able to develop an MVP that interacts with our APIs.
- Solution‑focused understanding of REST APIs and how to interact with them.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to technical and non‑technical people.
- Excellent German and English communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
- Expertise with web development, preferably knowledge of HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, NodeJS.
- Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday, Single Sign‑On, Active Directory) is a plus.
- Knowledge about security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment is a plus.
