We are looking for a General Manager to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel Stuttgart.

Your Tasks, Duties And Responsibilities
- You lead the hotel with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and commercial success.
- You work closely with Heads of Department to maximize business potential and strengthen brand reputation.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety standards, and financial controls.
- You proactively manage daily operations to deliver smooth performance and exceptional service.
- You report directly to the Managing Director and act as the driving force behind the hotel’s success.
Competencies & Skills Requirements
- You have solid experience in hotel management or a related field.
- You bring excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- You think strategically while staying hands-on and operationally focused.
- You are passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
- You manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
