IT Business Continuity Manager

We’re supporting our long-term client near Mannheim in their search for an IT Business Continuity Manager. You will be responsible for making sure that critical IT and business services remain resilient and recoverable during disruptions. The Role

• Help shape and strengthen the global IT Business Continuity approach
• Work closely with international teams and stakeholders
• Lead risk assessments and maintain and improve continuity plans
• Coordinate tests and exercises to ensure the organization can respond effectively to disruptions

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in IT or Business Service Continuity within a large global corporation
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder‑management skills across teams and regions
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, NIS2, NIST, and ITIL
• Fluent English; German is a plus
