Responsibilities

• Legal advice to the Sirius Group's departments on all lease and real estate-related matters
• Negotiation of lease agreements and drafting of leases, amendments, and other real estate contracts
• Design of corporate law contracts within the Sirius Group
• Legal support for property acquisitions and sales in Germany, including due diligence and drafting of purchase agreements
• Legal support for financing measures of the Sirius Group
• Independent handling of legal questions in daily business
• Management of out-of-court correspondence
• Coordination of court proceedings and external lawyers
• Initial experience in compliance management (CMS)

Profile

• Qualified lawyer with professional experience in a company or law firm, corporate experience is a plus
• Experience in construction and architectural law, real estate leases, property transactions, corporate housekeeping, external law firms, corporate financing, compliance management
• You demonstrate appreciation, work independently, are organized, and possess convincing communication skills
• You bring business acumen and always think solution-oriented and pragmatic
• You are proficient in MS Office programs Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
