Your Mission as Head of Content Marketing - E-Commerce

• Content Strategy & Vision: Develop the content roadmap for all Amazon touchpoints—data-driven, creative, SEO-optimized.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of copywriters and designers.
• Creative Excellence: Ensure every image, text, and video boosts conversions and aligns with brand style.
• Process Optimization & Project Ownership: Identify efficiency potentials, standardize workflows, and initiate new content projects.
• Innovation & AI: Drive the use of AI and automation tools to enhance speed and quality.

Requirements include several years of experience in content or e-commerce marketing, preferably with 2 years in a leadership role, a degree in graphic or communication design or a related field, deep expertise in Amazon content and SEO, creativity and strategic thinking, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and project management tools, and enthusiasm for new technologies like generative AI.
