Job Opportunity: Chief Officer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Chief Officer to join our team starting September 2023. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Experience and travel times as a first officer (ideally)
2. In-depth knowledge of ship safety, ISM Code, and ISPS
3. Experience in ferry shipping (desirable)
4. Proficiency with computerized maintenance systems
5. Confident handling of communication tools and IT standard software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Excellent leadership skills
7. Fluent in English
8. High level of service, discretion, assertiveness, willingness to work, flexibility, and team spirit
9. Goal-oriented, independent, and self-reliant
10. Well-groomed, confident demeanor, and good manners

Candidates must possess all valid certificates required by STCW.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the current wage agreement for German shipping.
