We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Line Manager to lead sales and implementation for the Nikkiso Energy Infrastructure & Strategic Projects (NESP) functional unit. This role is directly responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies, with a primary focus on Carbon Capture Solutions (CCUS). Additionally, expertise in solution-based selling, project development, and cross-functional collaboration will be valuable in ensuring the successful implementation of CCUS solutions across various applications.
The mission is to expand our sales and market share within the CCUS sector in Europe by leveraging our comprehensive product portfolio. This includes actively driving business growth, supporting product development, enhancing marketing efforts, and providing commercial sales support to strengthen our market position and maximize opportunities in the evolving CCUS landscape.
Verantwortungsbereiche
Achieve results per CCUS market objectives and financial targets, which are growth and market share goals to meet corporate objectives.
- Responsible for the European P&L for the NESP business - Embrace the CE&IG vision and develop a customer value and customer care-driven culture.
- Support and promote the CE&IG core values: Safety, Interaction, and Innovation.
- Develop the business within the region per NESP guidelines, supported by the local General Manager and in full cooperation with partners and other Functional Unit BLMs in the region.
- Establish goals and KPIs for sales per CCUS products.
- Focus on price management as a key factor to maximize profit levels while minimizing marketing costs.
- Report all market information related to technology, economy, regulations, competition, etc., to management.
- Ensure the full and detailed utilization of Salesforce (CRM) by all assigned users.
- Nurture and strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.
- Plan routine visits to all major customers in order to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
- Proactively identify and follow up on customer problems, internally and externally, to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products’ reliability and service support.
- Ensure that all Business Review Meetings with NESP are conducted regularly with valuable and detailed information to support the profitable growth mission.
- Oversee the daily operations of your team, providing leadership, guidance, support, and motivation.
- Provide market needs feedback to the product manager to develop strategies to implement.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in an international business environment.
- Proven track record in sales development, key account, and territory management.
- A combination of product and industry knowledge along with business knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
- Team player / team builder.
- Entrepreneurial ability.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Strong financial acumen.
- Open to travel.
