YOUR ROLE

The Analytics & Insights organization creates a point of difference for P&G. We directly influence business strategies, via deep consumer, retailer, and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science.
The A&I team is responsible for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will dive into the powerful depth of market research and business science in one of these markets to understand consumer and market trends and how to best respond to them.
One day you could be exploring human decision‑making & how the brain works and another you could be deep diving into big data sets to spot patterns and create insights to shape P&G business strategies.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s, or master’s degree with strong academic results.
- You are a strong leader who can envision new "ways to win", show initiative, set direction, and engage others, and you are eager to work in teams.
- You bring a passion for consumer insight development whether derived from data or by communicating with and learning from consumers and find creative solutions to challenging business issues.
- You can speak and write proficiently in English and German.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
