AI Futures have been exclusively retained to find a first class (Senior) Enterprise Data Architect. You must be able to travel to Essen or Bonn 2 days per week.

This organization is the Largest IT Security provider in Germany. Their financials are strong, with a 13% year-over-year growth, bringing revenue to $500 million. They have self-developed solutions that are used in Defense, Healthcare, Space, and Critical Industries. The organization is the Cybersecurity partner for the German government. They have been investing heavily in their advanced AI-driven security solutions, zero trust architecture, and quantum resistant cryptography. You will be reporting directly to the C-Suite and play a key role in the development and implementation of a data strategy.

Role

• Build scalable, robust data architecture for company-wide decision
• Conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive data architecture
• Build a data virtualization layer to simplify and accelerate data access
• Be responsible for the integration of data sources and developing data models
• Establish a framework to ensure high data quality and compliance

Profile

• In-depth experience in data architecture, strategy and building enterprise data management solutions
• Knowledge of various data architectures (Data Warehouse, Datalake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh) and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, data governance and data quality frameworks
• Proven track record in leading data (transformation) projects, a strong hands-on mentality and strategic vision
• Fluent in German
