Do you have several years of experience as a (Senior) Consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay module? Do you enjoy supporting customers on their journey into Human Experience Management? With us, you not only advise and support customers during the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes, but also analyze business processes and model customer-specific process proposals and improvements. Your Profile

• Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay implementation projects and ideally also (initial) experience in the Employee Central area
• Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay, ideally supplemented by further certifications
• Willingness to learn and curiosity
• Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their induction training
• High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Moderate willingness to travel
