  • Title: Psychiatrist
  • Location: Landstuhl, Germany
  • Start date: Immediately

Summary

The American Medical Center was founded in 2012 to address and help fill the needs of the Americans stationed in the Kaiserslautern Military Community. Reportedly, the lack of available space of medical care on base and the frustrations with the German pay-and-claim medical care contributed to gaps in services. As demand for medical services grew, the American Medical Center expanded its on-site medical services to include more family practice physicians, physical therapists, psychiatrists, nutritional counseling, and veterans’ evaluation services. Today, the American Medical Center provides many services across two locations, and we are looking for a Psychiatrist to join the Army Medical Center (AMC), Mental Health Consultation Liaison Team, Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, and Outpatient clinics.
