IHR PROJEKTEINSATZ
Im Rahmen eines Projekts in Würzburg übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der baulichen Umsetzung komplexer Infrastrukturmaßnahmen. Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich Stahl- und Anlagenbau sind Sie direkt auf der Baustelle eingebunden und verantworten die Koordination sowie Steuerung der Gewerke. Dabei bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung in der Bauleitung ein und sorgen für eine reibungslose Abstimmung aller Projektbeteiligten.

- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Planung, Kalkulation und Koordination der Montagetätigkeiten mit und stimmen sich hierzu eng mit der Planung und Fertigung ab.
- Sie übernehmen die technische, organisatorische und vertragliche Vorbereitung der Baustelle und erstellen sowie aktualisieren den Bauablaufplan.
- Sie organisieren den reibungslosen Baustellenstart und übernehmen die laufende Führung des gesamten Baustellenbetriebs.
- Sie bereiten Eigen- und Fremdleistungen vor, rufen diese ab und koordinieren die Nachunternehmer vor Ort.
- Sie nehmen an internen und externen Baustellenbesprechungen teil und stimmen sich kontinuierlich mit der Projektleitung, dem Bauherrn und den Prüfinstitutionen ab.
- Sie kontrollieren die vertragsgerechte Leistungserbringung und stellen die vollständige baubegleitende Dokumentation sicher.
- Sie führen das Änderungswesen unter Einhaltung vertraglicher und interner Vorgaben.
- Sie organisieren, führen und dokumentieren Abnahmen und wirken bei der Erstellung von Nachträgen mit.
- Sie setzen gesetzliche sowie projektspezifische Anforderungen im Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz um und führen Sicherheitsunterweisungen durch.
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle und vertreten das Unternehmen souverän gegenüber dem Bauherrn.
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene, mindestens dreijährige technische Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall. Zusätzlich bringen Sie Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Bearbeitungstechnologien mit.
- Sie besitzen Weiterbildungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Ressourcenplanung und Terminplanung.
- Sie haben langjährige Berufserfahrung in metallverarbeitenden Fertigungsbetrieben sowie in der Fertigungs- und Materialsteuerung.
- Sie verfügen über umfassende Erfahrung in der Organisation und Leitung größerer Baustellen.
- Sie beherrschen den sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project.
- Sie treten selbstbewusst auf und kommunizieren sicher auf allen Ebenen.
