Responsibilities

• Develop with purpose: Build and optimise new features with a focus on clean, maintainable code and thorough testing.
• Drive innovation: Push forward the evolution of the platform and ensure it performs reliably at scale.
• Ensure quality: Take part in data migrations and perform structured refactoring to improve the codebase.
• Troubleshoot smartly: Debug efficiently and ensure the stability and performance of our applications.
• Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot) and TypeScript (Vue.js) as well as a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and DevOps tools.
• A strong interest in Developer Experience (DX) with a passion for boosting productivity and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written); English is a plus.
• A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and high level of self-motivation.
