Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Lead to lead key business initiatives, drive sales, and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams, sales strategies, and business development efforts on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Excellence:
- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of strategies. Oversee CRM development and implementation for better sales and customer management. Develop and execute pricing strategies.
- Design, implement, and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
- Forecasting and reporting key business metrics to stakeholders.
Sales & Business Development:- Drive strategic business development and lead generation strategies.
- Manage international key accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
- Lead new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Oversee PR & Networking efforts to enhance market presence.
- Execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance team performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing multiple geographies.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, sales, and financial management.
- Experience in managing international markets and partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools.
