Thompson Gray is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to support European Command (EUCOM). The potential candidate must be flexible to work 2 months full time in Europe and 10 months in the United States on a part-time basis. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following skills and experience. Candidates must have GFEBS/GFEBS-SA to be considered for this position.

Job Duties:

  1. Respond to and solve user inquiries regarding GFEBS functionality, errors, and processes.
  2. Provide step-by-step guidance for troubleshooting system-related issues and monitor system performance, reporting any anomalies.
  3. Provide users with on-site and virtual training on auditable GFEBS processes as needed.
  4. Develop and update user guides, SOPs, FAQs, training products, etc.
  5. Generate reports on helpdesk performance and recurring issues.
  6. Train Government employees on GFEBS processes.
  7. Assist in testing system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  8. Ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies.
  9. Employ audit tools, software, and financial management systems used by the Army for tracking and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Must be a US citizen and have a SECRET clearance.
  2. Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Management, or a related field with 3 years of experience.
  3. Must be able to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization, including senior military and civilian personnel.
  4. Must be able to travel and work in Germany for 2-3 months per year.

Technical Proficiency:

  1. In-depth knowledge of all functional areas in GFEBS/GFEBS-SA.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Experience with Service Now and ADVANA.
