What you will be doing?

The Candidate Engagement Partner will manage every candidate from application to shortlisting, including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. The role focuses on attracting top talent through innovative techniques and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Candidate Engagement Partner collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive effective recruitment. Using data insights, advanced sourcing strategies, and promoting diversity and inclusion, this position plays a key role in shaping our client's future workforce. Additionally, the Candidate Engagement Partner will help position our client as an employer of choice and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Use data-driven insights from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess recruitment effectiveness, optimize strategies, and improve the candidate experience.
  • Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers alongside Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent from all sources—internal mobility, referrals, direct applications, and external sourcing—using innovative methods like Boolean searches.
  • Manage the candidate journey from application to shortlisting, screening applicants, and presenting suitable candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, maintaining clear communication to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assess candidates via phone screens and video interviews, document feedback, and coordinate with Hiring Managers for timely decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to strengthen the employer brand and ensure diverse candidate pools for all roles.

What we are looking for?

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of labor market trends, talent availability, and recruitment challenges to advise hiring managers.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and using social platforms to engage top talent.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Reliable team player with a flexible and confident approach.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to influence and gain commitment.
